Chapter 1547 Typhoon Rages (Part 1)
Chapter 1547 Typhoon Rages (Part 1)
On TV, Superman is doing sit-ups.
"1997, 1998, 1999, 2000!" When the number reached two thousand, Action Kamen finally stood up, patted his muscles, and wiped away the sweat: "Strong muscles are my life!"
Mimi rushed over anxiously and shouted to Action Hero, "Action Hero! Something terrible has happened! A huge typhoon called Nose Caterpillar is approaching!"
"What did you say?! Then tell me how powerful it is?" Action Kamen asked in surprise.
Mimi nodded, looking somewhat nervous, and said, "It's said that his current pressure comes from Pascal!"
"Ah!" Action Kamen was startled, then scratched his head somewhat embarrassedly and said, "Sorry, Mimi, I'm not very familiar with philosophical terms..."
"Uh...you misunderstood Action Kamen. A 100 Pascal isn't a philosophical term," Mimi explained to Action Kamen with a hint of helplessness.
"Ah, oh! I see! In that case, I know what to do!" Action Kamen quickly changed the subject, stood up, looked at Mimi, and said with a serious face, "Listen carefully, you can't leave the base tonight!"
Mimi looked at Action Kamen uncertainly: "Then what about you, Action Kamen?"
"I'm going to fly this kite in the typhoon today!" As he spoke, the superhero pulled a kite out of nowhere.
"Ah! How could you do this?! This is too dangerous!" Mimi looked at Action Kamen with a tense expression. Where did this guy get such a kite with such local characteristics? It's so big? Does he want to fly it?
Action Hero shook his head: "I've already promised the kids at the hospital that when the typhoon comes, I'll fly a kite and sit on it!" Action Hero's words made Mimi realize that her idea was indeed correct.
"In that case, could we switch to Western-style plastic kites?" Mimi asked tentatively.
"No, I have to get a standard local kite! Because they want to see this, I'm leaving!" With that, Action Kamen ignored Mimi's words and turned to run outside.
"Ah! Action Kamen!" Mimi cried, on the verge of tears: "Action Kamen, you forgot to tell everyone that good children should never imitate me..."
"Oh dear, what kind of weather forecast is this?" Misae rolled her eyes at the TV and turned it off. The TV had just been broadcasting the weather forecast.
Mingxu shrugged: "But Mom, there's a typhoon in this kind of weather."
"Who knows? It's winter already." Misae said helplessly. It's so cold, and with the rain on top of that, tsk tsk, this feeling is really unpleasant.
"However, it looks a bit strange that the clouds outside are being blown around by the wind." Misae frowned as she looked at the scene outside. Shin-chan hadn't been watching TV, so she immediately called out, "Shin-chan, a typhoon is coming! You can't go outside to play!"
But Misae didn't get a response from Shin-chan, so she looked at Mingxu with some confusion and asked, "Mingxu, do you know where Shin-chan went to play?"
"Well, if I'm not mistaken, you can look outside." Mingxu shrugged and pointed outside.
"Huh?" Misae frowned and looked out the glass door: "Shin-chan?"
"Call me?" As expected, Shin-chan suddenly appeared, holding an umbrella that was flying in the wind.
"Ah! What are you doing out there, kid?!" Misae exclaimed in surprise, quickly opening the glass door and shouting at Shin-chan with displeasure.
A gust of wind blew in, and the indoor temperature suddenly dropped several degrees.
"Don't worry~ It's just a child's innocent game~" Shin-chan said nonchalantly, and casually closed the umbrella in his hand.
"What an innocent game! It's too dangerous!" Misae scolded Shin-chan, looking at him with displeasure.
"How could it be dangerous?" Shin-chan remained nonchalant.
"Because a typhoon is coming!" Misae tried to explain patiently.
"So what if a typhoon comes? It won't be dangerous," Xiaoxin said nonchalantly.
"I'm talking to you!" Before Misae could finish speaking, a cardboard box flew over and hit her on the shoulder. Misae then tore the box off, looking at Shin-chan without changing her expression: "This is just how things happen!"
"Oh~ that is indeed quite dangerous." Shin-chan nodded, admitting it.
"If you know it's dangerous, hurry up and come inside!" Mingxu pointed impatiently towards the entrance.
"Okay~" Shin-chan nodded and hurriedly ran in through the front door, placing the umbrella on the umbrella stand in the entryway.
As soon as I entered the door, it started raining outside.
Shin-chan was startled and hurriedly said, "Oh no! The rain has started pouring into the house!"
"Why don't you just close the door? How long can you use an umbrella to block it?" Mingxu looked at Xiaoxin speechlessly, and then went out to drag Xiaobai in as well. In this kind of weather, it's better for Xiaobai to stay indoors.
Misae looked at Shiro and suddenly realized, "Oh right, there's Shiro too. I almost forgot to bring Shiro in."
Just as Xiaobai was about to shake off the rain, Mingxu stopped it, took out a towel and wiped it clean. Then Xiaobai wagged its tail and ran to the heater, curled up in a ball, and occasionally looked warily at the branches of the trees outside the window that were being blown about by the wind.
Shin-chan squatted by the door, poking at the wet soles of his shoes with his finger. Suddenly, he looked up at Misae and said, "Mom, Action Kamen just said on TV that they're going to fly local kites to fight the typhoon!"
Misae was wiping her face, which had been wet by Shiro's flicking of a towel, when she heard this and tapped him on the head in an annoyed tone: "You still saw that?! Alright, hurry up and change your wet clothes, I won't care if you catch a cold."
Just then, the phone in the entryway rang. Misae answered it; it was the neighbor, an older woman, calling loudly to complain that the blankets hanging on the balcony had been blown into a tree by the wind, and asking if Misae had seen them. Misae replied that she hadn't seen them, saying that blankets shouldn't be hung out to dry in this kind of weather.
She tiptoed to peek at the neighbor's balcony, unconsciously clutching the towel she had just used to wipe her face. After hanging up the phone, she turned around and saw Shin-chan squatting in the entryway, holding a small plastic shovel, trying to scrape the mud off his shoes onto the floor. Misae immediately raised her voice: "Shin-chan! Try bringing that mud in again!"
Shin-chan was so startled that his hand trembled, and he dropped the shovel. He looked up and blinked his innocent big eyes: "But Mom, Action Kamen said he's going to fly a kite in the typhoon, so I want to make a mud kite too."
Misae rubbed her forehead and took a deep breath. Mingxu hurriedly grabbed Shin-chan and threw him towards the bathroom. Suddenly remembering something, he looked at Misae and asked, "Mom, did you hang any clothes upstairs to dry?"
"Oh no! The laundry hasn't been brought in yet! Hurry up and bring it in for me!" Misae was startled and hurriedly ran upstairs. The laundry was still on the balcony! In this kind of rain, it would most likely get soaked!
"Okay!" Before Mingxu could respond, Xiaoxin answered from inside the bathroom and then ran out wrapped in a bath towel.
"Silly girl, aren't you cold!" Mingxu looked at Xiaoxin speechlessly: "Go put on some clothes!"
"Okay~" Shin-chan turned around and went to change his clothes without caring.
Just as Mingxu and Meiya were about to go upstairs, Xiaoxin's voice suddenly came from behind: "Mom! Xiaokui, she's here!"
"Ah, what happened to her? What happened to Aoi?" Misae was startled and quickly turned around and ran back. Looking into the living room, she saw Aoi happily playing with her toys.
"Aoi is smiling so happily." Shin-chan finally blurted out, leaving Misae speechless. "I'm incredibly busy right now, don't call me for that kind of thing!"
"They were just telling you out of kindness~" Shin-chan said, pouting.
