Chapter 915 Server Announcement

Villain Ch 915. Server Announcement

Allen approached the Auction NPC with determined steps. The NPC, an elegantly dressed figure with an air of authority, greeted him with a nod. "Good day. What can I do for you?" the NPC asked, their voice smooth and professional.

"I have some items to auction," Al said, his voice altered by the disguise skill to sound deeper and more mysterious.

"Of course. Please show me the items," the NPC replied.

He opened his inventory and carefully selected the Spider Queen's Head, the Spider Queen's Womb, and the Spider Queen's Liquid. He placed them one by one in front of the NPC. As soon as the items materialized on the platform, the NPC's eyes widened in surprise.

"All of this... is a rare item," the NPC said, a note of astonishment in their voice.

He nodded, though inside, Allen was cringing. "Yes, I'd like to start the bidding at 2,000,000 coins for the liquid, 5,500,000 coins for the head, and 8,000,000 coins for the womb," he said, trying to keep his voice steady despite the discomfort.

The NPC nodded, still looking slightly awestruck. "Very well. I will register these items immediately." The NPC's hands moved with practiced efficiency, tapping on a translucent screen that floated in front of them. As they finalized the registration, a sudden notification appeared before him.

[Al has put The Spider Queen's Head, The Spider Queen's Womb, and The Spider Queen's Liquid in the Auction!]

Allen's heart sank. The announcement wasn't just visible to him; it was broadcasted to the entire server. Players across the Hell's Gate were now aware of the rare items he had put up for auction. He cringed inwardly, a scream of frustration echoing in his mind.

'Why did they put an announcement on the whole server for this!' he thought, pulling the end of his assassin hood down further over his face in an attempt to hide his embarrassment.

"Can you tell us where to go to encounter her?"

Allen answered them as briefly as possible, hoping to extricate himself from the growing throng. "Found it in a dungeon. It was a tough fight. Look for her in the lower levels." His responses were curt, designed to give just enough information without encouraging further conversation.

But the players weren't easily dissuaded. They were fascinated by the announcement, the first of its kind to be broadcasted to the entire server. The rarity of the items and the mysterious circumstances surrounding their acquisition fueled their determination to learn more.

"Come on, Al! Give us more details! What's the best gear to use against her?"

"Did you have a full party, or did you solo it?"

"Any special tactics we should know about?"

Allen's patience wore thin as he struggled to keep his responses brief. "Use high-defense gear. Had a full party. Focus on avoiding her webs." He tried to push through the crowd, but the players persisted, their excitement palpable.

Inwardly, he groaned. 'Why did they have to announce it to the whole server?' he grumbled once again. 'Let me log out already!' he thought, screaming internally. The crowd was relentless, and each step forward seemed to bring another wave of questions.

The situation was quickly becoming overwhelming. Allen felt his control slipping. His mind raced, trying to find a way out without causing a scene or drawing even more attention to himself.

He took a deep breath, steadying himself. "Look, I've answered what I can," he said, his voice firm but not unkind. "The rest, you'll have to figure out on your own," he stated.

Suddenly, a voice cut through the cacophony of questions. "Hey, does anyone know what those items are for?"

Allen froze. His mind went blank for a moment, the question hanging heavily in the air. He couldn't possibly explain the explicit nature of the Spider Queen's loot to this crowd.
